Lucy is a free-lance Food Stylist , baker & chef residing in East London with a passion for all things doughy, chocolate coated & seasonally led.

Lucy spent a year working with the amazing team at E5 as a cook and later in the Patisserie Team. Where her interest and knowledge of seasonality, craft chocolate, fermenting and preserving grew. Her time at E5 has had a clear influence on her approach and style working as Head Chef at Benk & Bo for 3 years.

With a background in events Lucy has always been keen to collaborate to create food led experiences. With a calendar of events at Benk & Bo , from talks to brunch clubs & evening pop-ups. To past Buns & Bums concept with Illustrator Sarah Cliff and the newly launched "Seasonal Supper Club" with Emma Cantlay .
